With a stage over 2m high plus a solid bank of monitors, together with a 2m wide video camera track running in front of the photographers, there was little chance of seeing anything below waist level for this shoot.
Still, with the first 3 songs being quite long, and a very decent lighting effort, it meant there were some nice upper body shots to be had.
ost of the work was carried out on the 5d MkII/70-200mm, with some wider shots on the trusty 1d MkII/24-70mm. Good lights also meant shutter speeds were well up when coupled with ISO1600 or 3200, which I dropped back to ISO1000 for part of the last of the 3 songs.
