Reverend Horton Heat @ Mascotte - Zurich

Zurich, 2 April 2010

Rockabilly? Psychobilly? Gothabilly?

Surf? I’m not sure, but he was pretty good!!!

My first time in the Mascotte, and it was better than I thought it was going to be. Lights were pretty strong, although not very dynamic. The unfortunate point for the evening was that we (actually only two of us) were not allowed to shoot from the pit, so instead we retired to the VIP area of the balcony and shot from there, hence the unusual angle on these shots. All at ISO3200, and nearly everything with the 70-200mm at f/2.8 keeping shutter speeds respectable for that focal length.
